About The Certification
After you have registered and attended the 3 days of training, you will undertake a practical workplace project on KPI Analytics. You will present and submit your project and undertake a multiple-choice exam before receiving your certification.
If you do not wish to undertake the assessment components - workplace project and exam -
you can attend and just enjoy the training.
Target Participants:
- The workshop will appeal to people who produce, interpret or administer KPI Reporting.
- Participants from the government and private sectors are welcome.
- Anyone who uses the Balanced Scorecard or other KPI design approaches will benefit from the toolkits used in the workshop.
- Certification is optional and the focus will be on data analysis tools.
- Business analysts will also benefit from attending the workshop.

Dr Paul Walsh is a Program Director of the Australian Graduate School of Management, at the University of New South Wales in Sydney. He is a leading authority on KPI analytics and the application of data science in business.
He has a unique approach to learning and teaching and uses experiential activities to make learning informative, reflective and enjoyable.
He has been to Indonesia on many occasions and provides thought leadership services to commercial businesses and government agencies. Dr Walsh has published widely in research and professional management journals in the area of strategy, performance and process management.
His book "Measurement and Management of Strategic Change" is published by Pearson Education and used by MBA schools in Australia and Asia. His clients include SingTel and Bank Indonesia.
Laptop required
Learning will comprise both theory and practical 'hands-on' experiences.
For the many practical exercises, we will use Excel as a basic platform
for KPI Analytics.
Participants must bring their own laptops with Excel installed.
